The hotel fell short of its 5-star Serviced Apartment promise, disappointing us with misrepresented rooms that lacked the advertised luxury. However, the service attempted to compensate for these shortcomings, although improvements are needed in various areas.

The hotel offers spacious and comfortable family suites with great amenities and a large flat screen TV. The service is exceptional and attentive, making you feel right at home. However, the location is a bit far from the city center and lacks immediate entertainment options. The dining experience is delightful, offering a variety of delicious Thai, Chinese, and continental cuisine.

I had a great stay at the hotel. The rooms were nice and clean, but a bit on the extravagant side with the three-bedroom unit. The service was excellent, especially the attentive taxi driver who even issued a refund due to flight delays. The location was convenient but a bit far from the city center. The dining options were limited, only open for breakfast in the same building. Overall, a comfortable but slightly distant choice.

However, the room amenities include fresh towels, sheets, coffee and tea making facilities, and a large fridge with a freezer. The service is exceptional until around 2 pm, with very helpful staff who have answers to all questions and provide various services like dry cleaning, housekeeping, laundry, valet parking, and tours/ticket assistance. However, the location is not ideal as it's close to the airport but not much else, with easy access to the BTS station and a nearby mall. The food options are good but could be slightly improved to match the overall impression. The facilities are adequate, offering a good basic breakfast and mouth-watering dishes.
